A lot has happened over the last few days. I got a new phone. That was predictably a nightmare. The phone is good. The Supreme Court draft overturning Roe V. Wade. And since then the USA has gone more mad that usual. My bipolar and anxiety disorders are flaring up, as is my fibromyalgia- because there’s nothing like an orchestral performance of chronic conditions amirite?
Nonetheless, I am staying reasonably productive. And this pleases me. These sorts of things would have fully derailed me six months ago. I am getting a better handle on the fluctuations of my bipolar now. And I wanted to share that.
