Age and Productivity

I woke up early yesterday and did quite of writing before starting the rest of my day. I was quite please with my actions. Naturally, today I slept in today and took longer than normal getting started when I did wake up. And after all that I find my brain still unreliable and fuzzy as I try to write this. I am not a young man anymore. And my body cannot sustain abuse and overwork the way it once could. And so I must manage things better if I want to continue getting things done.

I will refrain from telling young people to take care of their bodies. I genuinely don’t know if being careful when I was young would have helped this. But either way, I must adjust how I approach productivity if I wish to continue being productive.
