I have been chatting with Troy the Devil Man of scholomanc.ca a fair bit recently. And he has been instrumental in my personal interrogation of my own magickal practice. If you are a traditional occultist, my ideas on magick will seem more than a little heretical. If you are not an occultist, my ideas on magick will probably feel intrusive to the rest of what I am proposing here.
What I am aiming for here is the sacralizing of everyday life. My goal with this project is to weave that magickal and the sacred back into everyday life. if we look back at earlier times, people experienced a life where the sacred was a part of everyday life. The priest did not mediate the divine for the rest of us. Miracles were not the purview of the church, but every day people. This is my goal, a world infused with magick and mystery. A world understandable but still marvelous.
