I post here every day now. I don’t always have wise thoughts to put down. I don’t always have enlightenment on offer. I have been actively learning and growing with the my master plan in mind for the last twenty-two or twenty-three years. And so I often have interesting ideas or tidbits floating in my head that I can put to paper here. But not every day. And I am okay with that. There are times when I need a breather. Today, I can’t think of much to say here. And so I am going to be honest with you about that.
Not every day is productive. Nobody is at one hundred percent every day. Self Help gurus have lied to you.
And neither should you aim to give one hundred percent. Middle management has also lied to you. Give seventy percent at most for the majority of things. If you have nothing left, you will burn out. This is especially true of Empire. Empire will bleed you dry. Lie about your effort. Learn the minimum that they expect from you, and give no more. They will take whatever you admit to having available. They believe they have a right to your whole life. Don’t give it to them.
