A Suit of Failures

Do you know what your ideal self looks like? Do you know how that ideal self acts? How it sounds? When do they rise? What do they do upon waking? How do they deal with struggles? What do they do in the face of failure? If you wish to improve yourself, it is helpful to create a fiction suit you can step into. And you must know them. Not just how they look and act at their best, but how they look at act when things go wrong. But the world throws troubles and struggles at us all the time. And the trick to success is not how we deal with victory, but how we deal with setbacks. So build your fiction suit with the recovery strategies built in. Otherwise, they will have the same coping strategies that you do now, and if those were working then you would not be building a fiction suit now.
