Are you watching the news? I know I am. Things just keep exploding into the public sphere. I am hesitant to to try and summarize the unbelievable revelations that seems to arrive every five minutes. I can’t believe the rate of new revelations. And I suddenly have a sense of how it must have felt being aware of politics as the Berlin Wall fell (I was alive, I was just more concerned with Teenaged Mutant Ninja Turtles). But that raises the question, are we living through events similar to the fall of Berlin Wall?
Because if that’s the case, that would put the United States in the position that the USSR occupied originally. And things didn’t turn out well for the USSR.
