What do we do when our energy runs low? How do we cope with the low days? We cannot expect that we be able to perform an peak efficiency every day. So how then do we retain momentum? How do we get back to our feet when we stumble and fall.
Personally I find that having a clear long term plan with intermediate goals helps. I find that having simple and clear short term goals (like posting to this blog) also help. But probably the most important thing is to be kind. If I am not kind to myself, I have trouble getting back up. If I am not kind to myself, I sabotage myself.
So have goals. Have plans. And then be gentle when you miss deadlines. And get back to work when you recover. That is how everything gets down.
