
The Cinnabar Lady is the minister of trade and the master of internal revenue with the Hungry Empire. If it concerns wealth or commerce, she is in charge of it. She conspicuous as the only female amongst the officers of the Empire, and embodies many of the empire’s sexist views about women. The Cinnabar Lady is vain, petty, and jealous. She schemes and backstabs and, despite nobody trusting her, she is the most influential of the officers. She has connections everywhere and blackmail on everybody.
She is associated with lions and centipedes and the color red. Sometimes referred to as the Red Lady or the Lady of Bath, she demands tribute in the form of bribes and blackmail material.
