Also known as the Dragoon and the Colonizer, the Dragon Lord is the head of the armed forces of the Hungry Empire. He and the Bone Man split command of the Men and the Black and White, with the Bone Man commanding the Knights of Unity, and the Dragon Lord commanding the Knights of Purity.
The Locust King leaves an inordinate amount of authority in the hands of the Dragon Lord, trusting him to apply all force and violence beyond the borders of the Mirrored City.
The Dragon Lord is associated with dragons and horses. Like the Bone Man, the Dragon Lord requires that citizens must provide offerings to him in the forms of bribes to his knights.
