Synopsis: The Kobalen look vile and scary, but are just and kind. They come from the past and give to the present, and will take messages to the past for a price. This can undo earlier mistakes the psychonauts has made. The Kobalen will charge a price for this service, however; those wishing to have messages sent back to the past must also send back an offering with the Kobalen. The offering is not for the Kobalen, but for the inhabitants that the Kobalen tend to and nourish like a gentle gardener.
