The Bone Man

One of the Four Lieutenants of the Locust King. Head of the Men of Black and White Knights of Unity, the Bone Man pursues insurgents and enemies of the State. And all who tell their own story are enemies of the state.

The Bone Man is the least influential of the officers, preferring to be told what he is to do rather than deciding for himself.

The Bone Man is associated with hawks and falcons, but also dogs and for very good reason. The Bone Man can call the Hound and can, to a certain degree, direct the Hound if it becomes necessary. But the Bone Man himself is a remorseless Tracker who will get his fugitive in the end…

Every nation-state tends towards the imperial – that is the point. Through banks, armies, secret police, propaganda, courts and jails, treaties, taxes, laws and orders, myths of civil obedience, assumptions of civic virtue at the top.
