Sometimes referred to as the Seraphim, the Truth Speaker is the head of propaganda for the Hungry Empire. The Truth Speaker is the speech writer and the censor, the voice on the radio and the official government correspondent.
The Truth Speaker has the most freedom of all of the Imperial Officers. Though not as influential as the Cinnabar Lady, and not as powerful as the Dragon Lord; the Truth Speaker is nonetheless the officer which the citizens of the Mirrored City most trust and fear.
The Truth Speaker is associated with the Cicada and the Rattlesnake. Citizens are not required to give offerings to the Truth Speaker.
